Refund policy

At SleekSkin Aesthetics, your satisfaction is our top priority. We provide high-quality skincare products and professional aesthetic treatments. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our products and services.

Products (Skincare & Beauty)
To be eligible for a return, requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice or order confirmation must be provided.

If your return meets these conditions and passes inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refund processing may take 2–3 business days, and you will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products can be exchanged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue, and SleekSkin Aesthetics will ship a replacement at no extra cost. Products returned due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with results cannot be exchanged.

Clinic Treatments
Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable. Prepaid treatment packages may be rescheduled with prior notice. Refunds or credits for missed sessions are subject to management approval.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Attach photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
